Our focus is to educate clients on how to achieve safe, consistent and sustainable weight
loss through small dietary changes and exercise in a comfortable environment. We
encourage small, consistent changes that can become part of your lifestyle while challenging
old thought processes and habits. The growing Tri 2 B Fit weight loss community has added
an additional supportive component which has aided in the success of the clients.
We customize the fitness program specifically to address your needs, goals and
expectations for weight loss through a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility and core
training.
The Personal Training sessions are available in 1 hour or ½ hour sessions. Additionally, we
have group training prices, making it more affordable when you work out with others. Our
team is also educated in working with individuals with specific medical issues such as
diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and fibromylagia.
By employing this holistic, educational approach, together we develop your goals and action
plan to pave the way to sustainable success.
