We customize the fitness program specifically to address your needs, goals and expectations for weight loss through a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility and core training. The Personal Training sessions are available in 1 hour or ½ hour sessions.  Additionally, we have group training prices, making it more affordable when you work out with others. Our team is also educated in working with individuals with specific medical issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and fibromylagia.
